As the 2024 Entrepreneurial Leadership Program (ELP) draws to a close, we are proud to reflect on an incredible year of learning, growth, and entrepreneurial spirit. To our current student cohort, this year’s journey through the ELP has been nothing short of transformative. As we bid farewell to our 2024 cohort, we feel a mix of pride and nostalgia, cherishing the memories of weekly classes filled with enthusiasm, creativity, and determination. These students have accomplished so much, and while we will miss seeing them every week, we are fortunate to have them as part of our ever-growing CFE community.
The 2024 cohort embarked on an intensive and enriching curriculum designed to equip them with the skills and insights necessary to navigate the dynamic world of entrepreneurship. Throughout the program, students explored a comprehensive range of topics, from problem identification and venture formation to customer discovery and developing a business strategy. They engaged in hands-on workshops, simulation exercises, and interactive sessions that covered essential aspects of entrepreneurial management, financial planning, team building, and marketing. This holistic approach ensured that each student emerged with a robust toolkit to tackle real-world challenges and drive their ventures forward.

Align: A virtual physical therapy assistant app to help connect more patients with the care they need.
Alivio Medical LLC: Developing a pressure-alternating mattress that has shown promise in early-prototype and benchtop testing with a partner clinic in Guatemala.
ImmiHealth: An app to support wayfinding within hospitals to assist patients who may need extra support including first-time and Limited English Proficiency patients.
CommunityConnect: A SAAS venture creating a platform to better connect K-12 and college educators to community partners for experiential learning projects.
ASP Robotics: A team creating a more affordable, high-quality unmanned underwater vehicle for customers in the US Navy, private sector (research), or other startups.
Altrix: An AI-driven documentation solution tailored for nursing workflows and charting with deep Electronic Health Record integration.
